Francis T.W. Ng
Francis T.W. Ng (PEA 3570) is a property agent with years of professional experience.
As a Probationary Estate Agent (PEA) working under PTP Realty, he leads an active team, F&J, specialising in selling and renting real estates in Klang Valley, especially around the Old Klang Road area.
After COVID-19 was declared a pandemic, in less than 2 years, Francis has successfully helped over 50 property owners to sell their real estate in a timely manner; and hundreds of tenant to secure their new places of residence and business, including both local Malaysian and expatriates.
Today, Francis and his team are managing over hundreds of tenancy accounts for landlords on a daily basis.
– In March 2022, Francis has completed all 12 papers of professional examination conducted by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).
– In September 2022, Francis attended the convocation ceremony held by the Board, and was awarded by the Board the Diploma in Estate Agency.
– In December 2022, Francis was approved by the Board to register himself as a Probationary Estate Agent (PEA). His registration number with the Board changed from REN 32174 to PEA 3570. This ultimately qualifies him to establish his own real estate agency in the near future.
